Returns Policy

Aussie Beef accepts refunds and returns on purchases up to 30 days after purchase.
If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact xxxx with any issues or questions regarding refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the progress of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, with a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your relevant bank or credit card company in the first instance. Please note; refunds can take several working days to be processed and appear back in your account.

If issues with the timing of your refund continue, please contact xxxx and one of the team will be able to assist.

Sale items
Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items.

If an item is defective or damaged please contact the team at xxxx and outline the issue with your purchase, so we can rectify the issue and provide a replacement.

Shipping your return
If sending a return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item for processing.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we take no responsibility for the loss of goods while in transit to be processed for a return.
